Ready for your baby to sleep at night and take long restful naps?

When baby sleeps, you can sleep. That makes for a happy family all around.

It’s time to say goodbye to baby’s irritability and fussiness caused by lack of sleep.

Adidos to your physical and emotional exhaustion and your own irritability.

Be done with trying to guess your child’s nap schedule or how long they are going to sleep each night.

Let go of trying to figure out which sleep book to follow or whose advice to listen to – too confusing and contradictory.

Proper rest means your baby will eat well and play better. Your baby will be more focused, energetic, curious and ready to learn. Your baby will be happier and you will be happier.

You will enjoy your time with one another because you will ALL be well rested!

It means having a solid stretch of self time during the day and freetime to unwind in the evening. Tack a restful night’s sleep on top of that and you are in a whole new world.

It’ll be freeing to leave your baby with a family member, babysitter or your partner because they will be able to put your baby to sleep too!

Sukkie was there for us every step of the way and patiently answered all of our nervous, “first time parent” questions.  Before we knew it, our son was sleeping longer than he ever had and soothing himself back to sleep!  My partner and I were hands free and our little family was getting the rest we all needed. Typically, friends, family, and acquaintances would comment that our son looked tired.  Now, these same people comment on his bright eyes and smiles.

Sleep struggles won’t just disappear

Babies with sleep difficulties will likely continue to be children with sleep difficulties and perhaps even teenagers and adults with sleep issues! — No thanks, right?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but babies won’t outgrow their sleep struggles without help.

Research strongly supports this, not to mention my experience with tons of families.

So, what are you waiting for? Let’s get started creating healthy sleep habits right now so you can leave exhaustion behind.

I’m so grateful I made the call and so relieved for Sukkie’s expertise. She quickly helped me deduce it was the soother that was the culprit for Luke’s frequent wakenings and was there to support me through teaching Luke to go to sleep without this sleep prop. After 10 days, Luke has slept the last 3 nights through, all 12 glorious hours! I couldn’t have done it without your knowledge and support Sukkie, I can’t thank you enough. He is even happier and more content and the whole house has settled.

My approach

HappyBaby Sleep Solutions understands that each child and family is unique.

I’ll give you honest information about WHY sleep is so important for your child’s well-being.

I’ll lay out an easy-to-follow STEP-BY-STEP PLAN that lets you make some choices about what is the right approach for your child. The bottom line is that you, as a parent, need to be comfortable with your new sleep plan in order for it to work for your child!

I’ll show you how to MEASURE SUCCESS. No, you shouldn’t expect your child to sleep 12 uninterrupted hours on the first night — although it does happen! I’ll tell you what you should expect along the way.

Sukkie was our saviour. We were stuck in the position of carrying around a sleeping baby all evening until we went to bed, at which time he wanted to wake up. With Sukkie’s help we now have a baby who goes to bed in his bed at 7pm and only wakes up once to feed, and even that is my choice. Thanks so much Sukkie, we own you our sanity.

Ok, let me answer the dreaded “crying” question:

Straight up, yes, crying is likely going to be a part of the process, I can’t deny it.

Making changes to your child’s sleep habits will result in some protest by your baby. Because babies don’t talk, they protest by crying.

Of course if you baby “needs” something you must attend to them, but if they are “protesting” because they don’t like something that is a different story. Especially if it is an integral part of their health like SLEEP.

Please understand that I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, nor will I ask you to ignore their cries.

My gentle, positive methods are so effective because it lets you develop a plan that you feel comfortable with, based on what you know about your child.

She now sleeps in her own crib all night! It was the wonderful support and encouragement from Sukkie that made it possible. We can’t thank you enough!
